Transformative, Learner-centric
Leadership Development

Join us on your journey!

The Leadership Learning Collaborative offers multi-month, live online leadership development programs for first-line supervisors, aspiring and exploring leaders, and leaders in non-supervisory positions.

Borne of 20 years leadership development experience, our programs are built on the elements we’ve identified as most critical to creating high-impact learning experiences that foster participant engagement & growth.

We believe the best leadership development occurs…

Over Time

In Community

Developing leadership skill takes time. Our multi-month programs allow participants the opportunity to reflect on and apply what they’re learning while they are learning it.

We work hard to foster strong participant connections, so that learners feel safe to be forthright, and benefit from peer trust, support, perspective, and coaching.

Through Practice

Via Challenge, Accountability, & Support

Participants choose specific leadership behaviors to practice each month during their program, in conjunction with a coach, to develop their leadership competence & confidence.

Participants are challenged & achieve tangible results via accountability to apply their learnings, and they are supported in their efforts by program faculty & peers.
