We reserve the right to limit the number of seats an organization purchases in a single program offering, to ensure a diverse participant community.

*If program assessments already have been completed, there will be a $250 assessment/materials fee for a substitute, and $250 will be deducted from the tuition refund.
Refund / Transfer / Substitution Policy
Transfers and substitutions are allowed with no fee up to 15 days prior to program Kickoff Week. If program assessments already have been completed, a $250 assessments/materials fee will be collected from substitute participants. Full refunds will be granted for participants who withdraw 28 days or more before a program, minus a $250 assessments/materials fee if assessments already have been completed. A 50% refund will be granted for program withdrawals 15 to 27 days prior to Kickoff Week. No refunds or transfers allowed 14 or fewer days before a program. Substitutions are allowed with a $500 fee.
