From Day 1, we’ll rely on you to contribute & help shape your program learning community. We want you to look forward to every program learning event because you know you’ll have meaningful conversations with peers, and opportunities to connect & practice what you’re learning.
Tailored Program Content
We’re excited to share fundamental leadership content in all our programs, and we also want to respond to participant interests & needs. We therefore allow you (program participants) to select the content for two Webinar Series sessions, tailoring program learning & conversations to the leadership topics most important to you.
Immediate Application & Growth
Through the individual, monthly practice assignment, you’ll be applying what you’re learning every day. You’ll see change and growth quickly, and develop greater leadership confidence as the program progresses. You’ll literally be different when you finish the program than you were when you began.
Philosophy
We believe:
- All people have the capacity to lead, and all people can develop & improve their leadership skillsets and effectiveness.
- All people have unique talents and attributes that contribute to their leadership effectiveness. Hence, not all leaders will look exactly alike.
- Leadership development requires time and effort, & discipline, self awareness, and reflection.
